By accessing or using the StudyApprover website, submitting an enquiry, booking a counselling session, or engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the website or engage StudyApprover for its services.

02Our services

StudyApprover provides study-abroad counselling and related support, which may include:

• Profile evaluation and academic guidance.
• Country, university and programme guidance.
• University and programme shortlisting.
• Application and documentation assistance.
• SOP and APS-related assistance, where applicable.
• Visa documentation and preparation guidance.
• Accommodation and pre-departure guidance.
• General information relating to studying abroad.

The exact scope of services may vary depending on the student's requirements, selected service package, destination and applicable university or government procedures.

03Information provided by StudyApprover

We make reasonable efforts to provide useful and current information. However, admission criteria, tuition fees, deadlines, programme availability, visa requirements, documentation requirements and other conditions can change without notice.

Students should review official information issued by the relevant university, government authority, embassy, consulate or other competent authority before making a final decision.

04Student responsibilities

Students are responsible for providing complete, accurate and genuine information and documentation to StudyApprover and to any university, authority or third party involved in their application.

Students are expected to:

• Provide accurate academic and personal information.
• Disclose relevant academic history, including previous applications where required.
• Review documents before submission.
• Meet applicable deadlines.
• Respond to requests for information or documents within reasonable time.
• Follow the official requirements of universities and government authorities.
• Keep copies of submitted documents and communications where appropriate.

StudyApprover is not responsible for consequences arising from false, incomplete, outdated or misleading information supplied by a student.

05Applications & documentation

Where StudyApprover assists with an application, the student remains responsible for reviewing and approving the information and documents before submission.

Application decisions are made by the relevant university or authority. StudyApprover does not control admission decisions, document verification, processing times, application portals or institutional policies.

Any estimated processing timeline communicated by StudyApprover is indicative only unless expressly confirmed by the relevant authority.

06Fees & payments

Fees for StudyApprover services, where applicable, will be communicated to the student before the relevant paid service is initiated.

University application fees, visa fees, embassy or government charges, credential evaluation fees, language-test fees, courier charges, accommodation charges, insurance, travel expenses and other third-party costs are generally separate unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Refund eligibility, where applicable, will depend on the specific service, payment terms and any written refund policy communicated at the time of purchase.

07Universities & admission decisions

StudyApprover may recommend or discuss universities and programmes based on information available at the time of counselling. Such guidance does not constitute a promise or guarantee of admission.

Final decisions regarding admission, eligibility, credit recognition, tuition fees, scholarships, programme availability and enrolment are made solely by the relevant educational institution.

08Visa & immigration guidance

StudyApprover may provide general assistance with visa preparation, documentation and process understanding. Visa decisions are made solely by the relevant embassy, consulate, immigration authority or government body.

No statement made by StudyApprover should be interpreted as a guarantee that a visa, residence permit or immigration permission will be granted.

Students remain responsible for complying with all applicable immigration laws, official instructions and deadlines.

09Third-party services & links

The StudyApprover website or counselling process may refer students to universities, government websites, testing organisations, accommodation providers, insurers, travel providers or other third parties.

StudyApprover does not control third-party websites, services, pricing, availability, policies or decisions. Any engagement with a third party is subject to that third party's own terms and policies.

10Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, StudyApprover shall not be responsible for losses or delays resulting from decisions, actions or omissions of universities, government authorities, embassies, consulates, visa authorities, testing bodies, accommodation providers, technology platforms or other third parties.

StudyApprover also cannot guarantee any particular academic, admission, visa, financial, employment or immigration outcome.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or restrict any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under applicable law.

11Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the content of the StudyApprover website, including its text, visual design, branding, graphics, layouts and original materials, is owned by or licensed to StudyApprover.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish or commercially exploit such material without prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.

12Privacy & personal information

StudyApprover may collect personal and academic information necessary to respond to enquiries, provide counselling and deliver requested services.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the StudyApprover Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Students should avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive information through public website forms or unsecured communication channels.
